Data Privacy
In accordance with State and Federal law, CDE takes seriously its obligation to protect the privacy of student Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected, used, shared, and stored. Therefore, CDE provides a secure online system to collect information, survey responses, and store PII for this grant program. All program evaluation data will only be shared in the aggregate. All data will be collected, used, and stored in compliance with CDE's privacy and security policies and procedures.
